Networking opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses to engage with Awabakal

Awabakal is seeking to engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses either based in the Hunter Region or actively delivering their services
in the Hunter Region, whose services align with the current core activities of Awabakal service delivery. These core service areas are: Medical and
Well Being services, Disability, Aged Care, Early Learning Services and Property Maintenance.
VENUE: Harbourview Function Centre, 150 Wharf Road, Newcastle TIME: 5.30pm - 7pm WHEN: Wednesday, 8th July, 2020
We are interested in partnering with local Aboriginal businesses in the following areas to help support our service delivery:
• Event Management
• Stationery & Medical Supplies
• Car Cleaning
• Promotional Material and Uniforms
• Cultural Activities and Programs
• Health and Well Being Programs
• Allied Health Services
• Home Repairs and Maintenance
Awabakal will present the Strategic Plan 2020 and outline potential opportunities for Aboriginal businesses.
The Awabakal Business Networking Event will be a fantastic opportunity for Aboriginal businesses to network directly to Awabakal.
Participating businesses will need to be acknowledged as being either 100% or majority Aboriginal owned and operated businesses
that are either based in the Hunter Region or actively delivering their services in the Hunter Region.
