Awabakal Ltd. has been providng housing in the Newcastle area for approximately 30 years and are committed to supporting members of our local community.
We are a Registered Community Housing Provider under the National Regulatory System – Community Housing Provider Tier 3, and currently manage privately-owned properties, as well as properties for the NSW Aboriginal Housing Office in the Newcastle, Maitland and Central Coast areas.
When Awabakal housing is provided to a community member, our goal is always to make this sustainable. We can help link you to services including Medical, Dental, Pre-school, Playgroup, Mums and Bubs, Aged Care, NDIS, Transport and Social Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) support.
Awabakal partner with (AHO) Aboriginal Housing Office to further provide better support, care and housing for our seniors.
